We had an amazing time in Cuyabeno. Nicky lodge is a beautiful place! The guide (Evi) was wonderful. The food st the lodge was very tasty. The best of all were the activities in the jungle, canoe trips, walks and the visiting of the indigenous community

The diving day started well. The guide gave us a warm welcome and provided clear general instructions at the beginning. However, important details such as the planned depth and specific dive sites were not explained, and the map that was shown to other divers was not used during our briefing. The diving was wonderful and secure. Once we surfaced, the guide disappeared, and there was no further interaction or follow-up. While the staff was attentive at the start of the activity, during the return trip, they joined the captain, began singing, and did not reestablish contact with the tourists until the end of the excursion. The most disappointing issue was that the guide forgot to bring the camera. The only photos taken were by the snorkeling guide, and these were never shared with us, even after we requested them by email at the end of our trip. We wanted to share this feedback constructively, as we believe these aspects significantly affected our overall experience and could be improved for future guests.
